With a free return to Pride of Dubai on offer following the the loss

we needed to find a non-maiden mare of at least some quality, and an

affinity to the stallion in terms of pedigree. We were particularly keen

to find a mare with High Chaparral and/or Galileo in the bloodlines 

given the high percentage of stakes winners by Pride of Dubai have

come from directly from HC or Galileo mares or Sadlers Wells sires.

Not only does 'Cecilia' meet the Galileo credentials, she comes from

a winning family including Sirileo Miss and Sophia's Choice, is a

3 times winner herself and already has a Pride of Dubai yearling filly

bred and being retained by friends and family of Michael Kent. This

mating (as with the filly on the ground) will be 3/4 in blood to Sirileo

Miss, already a multiple Group winner
